Anas Nashif 511339f54c samples: cleanup sensor samples 
- remove useless Kconfigs
- remove SPI DW kconfigs, we now use QMSI driver
- Cleanup readme and turn into ReST

Vlad Dogaru e479839fa1 samples: Add sample app for sx9500 sensor driver 
This illustrates the usage of the sensor API, using either triggers or
periodic reads from the driver.
