Updating zephyr docs accordingly
Leaving out old release notes

Revise the structure of the POSIX API docs. This separates
related items out to dedicated pages. Further improvements
could yet be made - e.g. using the 'collapse' feature to
expand and collapse large sections of text or tables.

Let's replace the references to native_posix with native_sim,
in the introduction and beyond the getting started guide.
Background: during this release native_sim is replacing
native_posix as the main host test/development platform.

* add mention of ext2 as a supported file system.
* remove unnecessary mention to configurability and logging since it's
not unique to VFS.
* capitalize FatFS properly

Tickless idle has been replaced by the tickless kernel and also power
management has become much more advanced.

Align the capitalization of the term "Bluetooth Mesh" to Bluetooth mesh"
in the documentation. This is done to to match the new updated naming
convention done in Bluetooth SIG. In the upcoming spec versions, it its
used "Bluetooth mesh" with the lower case convention.

Now that we use 'main' for git development, update the docs to reflect
or point there instead of 'master'.

The introduction page lists all the architectures supported by Zephyr.
Now that SPARC V8 support has been merged, add it to the list. Also list
it in the set of architectures supported by the SDK.

This is joint work with Kumar Gala (see signed-off-by).
Document the changes to the generated node macros in macros.bnf,
moving the old file to legacy-macros.bnf and putting it in its own
section.
The actual generated macros are now a low-level detail, so rewrite the
foregoing sections as examples in terms of the new <devicetree.h> APIs.

The one page on devicetree is too long. Split it into multiple pages
to make it easier to digest and more squintable. This is basically
just moving content around; minimal changes have been made apart from
redoing some transitions and adding a couple of introductory paragraphs.
Rename the 'device-tree' Sphinx :ref: target while we are here.

Patch introduce references to LittleFS instead of NFFS where it
was suitable. In other places NFFS mentions were removed

DTSpec writes this as a single word, presumably to make it easier to
grep for / more precise. Follow along in the rest of the docs now that
our main DT docs page agrees with this usage.

Relocates material that describes the most fundamental terms used
in Zephyr documentation so that it appears in the "Introducing Zephyr"
document. (i.e. Ensures that the terms are defined before they are
used in the "Getting Started Guide" that follows.)
Transforms the material into a definition list to make it easier
for readers to locate and understand the mateial. Revises the text
to give it a consistent look-and-feel.

Relocates the introductory material for Zephyr into a new document,
so that it can be more easily located by users. (Previously this
info couldn't be accessed from the list of documents on the left hand
side of a web page; instead, you had to click on the "Documentation"
tab at the top of the page, which is non-intuitive.)
