Fix link text to remove substitutions that are ignored by Sphinx. Also
replace link to Quark SOC HW ref manual to be from an Intel site (not
Russian).

This extends the build_grub.sh script so that it can build 64-bit
Grub UEFI application, and thus enabling us to boot on systems
with 64-bit BIOS.
Also updated the script to checkout the tag grub-2.02 since
v2.02 has been out.

Some files have moved from their original location, or are no longer
available. For the mbedtls samples, tweak the link to point to a page
where links for current and previous downloads can be found.
