Jukka Rissanen	301feea5b4	net: Add struct to store link layer address Adding a variant for net_linkaddr that can actually store a link layer address. The normal net_linkaddr struct just uses pointer to a ll address. The storage version is used when we have a lladdr cache for neighbors.
