Yael Avramovich	d5db35204a	console: shell: Support multiple modules Ability to use Zephyr shell by multiple modules simultaneously, each module for its own usage. Old shell implementation enabled the user to call only one module commands, not all of the modules simultaneously. Anas Nashif	18cc4a8ea3	move sample apps to top level directory under samples/ All 'real' sample application now reside under samples/ directly. the nano and micro variants will be under the specific sample directory and not split across the file system.
