Utilize a code spell-checking tool to scan for and correct spelling errors
in all files within the dts/bindings/timer, usb-c, usb and watchdog.

Add calls to the PPC API that enables and disables the sink and source
paths in the appropriate USB-C stack states.

The example sets the power-role to "SINK", but the value is
case-sensitive and only accepts lowercase "sink".

Removed few VIF properties which are being hardcoded
Updated the script to parse source VIF XML and add information to
the output
Added optional Kconfig option to configure custom source VIF XML path

DTS property attributes are (by default) not required.
Explicitly specifying `required: false` is redundant.
Perhaps a warning to that effect would be useful.

This commit adds missing binding file for the ite,it8xxx2-usbpd.
Without this file, the DT_HAS_*_ENABLED macro wasn't defined and
couldn't be used in the Kconfigs.

A USB TypeC connector has many peripherals associated with
it and the DTS binding in this commit provides a way to group
peripherals and properties in a device tree.
This binding is used with the USB-C Subsytem.
