Rename reserved function names in arch/ subdirectory. The Python
script gen_priv_stacks.py was updated to follow the 'z_' prefix
naming.

Any word started with underscore followed by and uppercase letter or a
second underscore is a reserved word according with C99.

Move to more generic tracing hooks that can be implemented in different
ways and do not interfere with the kernel.
