Convert leading whitespace into tabs in Kconfig files. Also replaced
double spaces between config and <prompt>.

Quark AON counter and timer sub-drivers. They are based
on the QMSI drivers.
In order to enable this driver, the following options
must be set.

CONFIG_QMSI_INSTALL_PATH
