There is no need to re-define CONFIG_UART_CONSOLE_ON_DEV_NAME to be
"UART_0" all over the place as its default is "UART_0" already.
So remove those duplicate defaults.

Change terminology and use SoC instead of platform. An SoC provides
features and default configurations available with an SoC. A board
implements the SoC and adds more features and IP block specific to the
board to extend the SoC functionality such as sensors and debugging
features.

Setting up new platforms to handle emulation, and make them the only
ones able to run on QEMU from the Makefile "qemu" target to avoid
confusion with other platforms. We have now platform qemu_x86 and
platform qemu_cortex_m3, also modification to the sanity checks to have
qemu support only on those platforms

() Renames stellarisUartDrv.c to uart_stellaris.c. This is to follow
the driver naming convention.
() Renames functions stellaris_uart_*() to uart_stellaris_*(),
following driver naming convention.
() Renames CONFIG_STELLARIS_UART* to CONFIG_UART_STELLARIS*
() UART ports initialization is moved into the driver itself.
All the init code in platform config files is removed.
() Adds (many) Kconfig options. These don't have to be defined
in each platform's board.h anymore.

The term 'context' is vague and overloaded. Its usage for 'an execution
context' is now referred as such, in both comments and some APIs' names.
When the execution context can only be a fiber or a task (i.e. not an
ISR), it is referred to as a 'thread', again in comments and everywhere
in the code.
APIs that had their names changed:
- nano_context_id_t is now nano_thread_id_t
- context_self_get() is now sys_thread_self_get()
- context_type_get() is now sys_execution_context_type_get()
- context_custom_data_set/get() are now
sys_thread_custom_data_set/get()
The 'context' prefix namespace does not have to be reserved by the
kernel anymore.
The Context Control Structure (CCS) data structure is now the Thread
Control Structure (TCS):
- struct ccs is now struct tcs
- tCCS is now tTCS

The name of the device is SYSTICK. The device name should be part of the
file name, like all other timer drivers we support. The name
'cortex_m_timer' said nothing about which device the driver is for, since
it's way too generic: it could be for any timer present on any Cortex-M
board.

The Kconfig option PROT_MODE_SWITCH_PROMPT was being used to conditionally
display the "Boot Sequence Options" Kconfig menu. It is simpler to include
both PROT_MODE_SWITCH and its dependent BOOT_A20_ENABLE in the parent menu.
However, doing so necessitates that the name of the parent menu be changed
from "Bootloader Options" to "Boot Options".

Makes the ARM CPU type a choice between CPU_CORTEX_M3 and CPU_CORTEX_M4
(similar to the choice of processor for x86). This completes the breaking
of the forced selection of CPU_CORTEX_M3 when CPU_CORTEX_M4 chosen, thereby
making CPU_CORTEX_M3_M4 the true umbrella option for the Cortex M3/M4
processors.

The symbols was no longer needed because sysgen is only
used on microkernel architectures and the value of
KERNEL_DIR is always "ukernel", therefore it is redundant.

This commit adds the defconfig files that define the standard
configurations for x86 and arm architecture and the standard
configurations for the following BSPs for microkernel and
nanokernel:
- x86 generic pc
- x86 quark
- arm fsl_frdm_k64f
- arm ti_lm3s6965
They can be applied using the make target defconfig.
This target will generate the corresponding .config
file that will be consumed by the build system.
