Remove useless definiton STM32F7X_SECTOR_MASK and use CMSIS instead.
By the way fix bug as '|' should be in fact '&',
but thanks to '~' inversion, '|' is now good.

No functional changes to the headers.

This patch adds a flash driver for the STM32F7x series, inspired from
the STM32F4x one. It has been tested on the STM32F723, but should also
work on other SoCs of the family.
