Mark Holden df6b8c3cc4 coredump: arm: Capture callee registers during k_panic() / k_oops
Ensure callee registers included in coredump.
Push callee registers onto stack and pass as param to
z_do_kernel_oops for CONFIG_ARMV7_M_ARMV8_M_MAINLINE
when CONFIG_EXTRA_EXCEPTION_INFO enabled.

Gerard Marull-Paretas 16811660ee arch: migrate includes to <zephyr/...>
In order to bring consistency in-tree, migrate all arch code to the new
prefix <zephyr/...>. Note that the conversion has been scripted, refer
to zephyrproject-rtos#45388 for more details.

Bradley Bolen 7c1e399179 arch: arm: aarch32: Create a fpu stack frame
Grouping the FPU registers together will make adding FPU support for
Cortex-A/R easier later. It provides the ability to get the sizeof and
offsetof FPU registers easier.

Bradley Bolen 379bb70728 arch: aarch32: cortex_m/r: Add arch exception helper
Create z_arm_preempted_thread_in_user_mode to abstract the
implementation differences between Cortex-M and R to determine if an
exception came from userspace.

Bradley Bolen 18ec84803c arch: arm: aarch32: Use ARRAY_SIZE in for loop
Do not hardcode the array size in the loop for printing out the floating
point registers of the exception stack frame. The size of this array
will change when Cortex-R support is added.

Krzysztof Chruscinski 3ed8083dc1 kernel: Cleanup logger setup in kernel files
Most of kernel files where declaring os module without providing
log level. Because of that default log level was used instead of
CONFIG_KERNEL_LOG_LEVEL.

Chris Coleman 99a268fa16 arch: arm: Collect full register state in Cortex-M Exception Stack Frame
To debug hard-to-reproduce faults/panics, it's helpful to get the full
register state at the time a fault occurred. This enables recovering
full backtraces and the state of local variables at the time of a
crash.

This PR introduces a new Kconfig option, CONFIG_EXTRA_EXCEPTION_INFO,
to facilitate this use case. The option enables the capturing of the
callee-saved register state (r4-r11 & exc_return) during a fault. The
info is forwarded to `k_sys_fatal_error_handler` in the z_arch_esf_t
parameter. From there, the data can be saved for post-mortem analysis.

To test the functionality a new unit test was added to
tests/arch/arm_interrupt which verifies the register contents passed
in the argument match the state leading up to a crash.

Stephanos Ioannidis aaf93205bb kconfig: Rename CONFIG_FP_SHARING to CONFIG_FPU_SHARING
This commit renames the Kconfig `FP_SHARING` symbol to `FPU_SHARING`,
since this symbol specifically refers to the hardware FPU sharing
support by means of FPU context preservation, and the "FP" prefix is
not fully descriptive of that; leaving room for ambiguity.

Stephanos Ioannidis 0e6ede8929 kconfig: Rename CONFIG_FLOAT to CONFIG_FPU
This commit renames the Kconfig `FLOAT` symbol to `FPU`, since this
symbol only indicates that the hardware Floating Point Unit (FPU) is
used and does not imply and/or indicate the general availability of
toolchain-level floating point support (i.e. this symbol is not
selected when building for an FPU-less platform that supports floating
point operations through the toolchain-provided software floating point
library).

Moreover, given that the symbol that indicates the availability of FPU
is named `CPU_HAS_FPU`, it only makes sense to use "FPU" in the name of
the symbol that enables the FPU.

Carlo Caione aec9a8c4be arch: arm: Move ARM code to AArch32 sub-directory
Before introducing the code for ARM64 (AArch64) we need to relocate the
current ARM code to a new AArch32 sub-directory. For now we can assume
that no code is shared between ARM and ARM64.

There are no functional changes. The code is moved to the new location
and the file paths are fixed to reflect this change.
