Chris Friedt 83bea9a796 dts: bindings: clean up redundant required false attributes 
DTS property attributes are (by default) not required.

Explicitly specifying `required: false` is redundant.
Perhaps a warning to that effect would be useful.

Henrik Brix Andersen 8cf62f119e dts: bindings: mtd: rename SPI/I2C EEPROM base binding 
Rename the SPI/I2C EEPROM devicetree binding to reflect that it only
covers AT24 and AT25 EEPROMs).
