Rodrigo Caballero	8d7b52f146	doc: Change conf.py and index.rst to fix the copyright and license. Removes permalinks and sets the correct version and release. The change places the copyright notice and license in the footer of every page. Both copyright and license do not appear in the website's version. Initially, it adds css style for guilabel and makes that appear bold in html output.
