Tomasz Bursztyka becf74743b net: Split debug Kconfig options from legacy to new stack 
- new stack options are renamed and placed in their respective menus
- new stack Kconfig gets normalized (tabs vs spaces, etc...)

Jukka Rissanen 103a98d173 net: tests: Fix printf modifiers in new IP stack unit tests 
Because of printk fixes in master, some of the networking
unit tests will fail in next merge.
