This adds user configurable CONFIG_LOG_MIPI_SYST_DISABLE_TIMESTAMP
Kconfig option to use it for macro MIPI_SYST_PCFG_ENABLE_TIMESTAMP.
Moving macro definition of MIPI_SYST_PCFG_ENABLE_TIMESTAMP from
mipi-sys-t library to platform.h which defaulted to undef.
CONFIG_LOG_MIPI_SYST_DISABLE_TIMESTAMP gives flexibility to users
when needn't use mipi-sys-t protocol timestamp.

option to use it for macro MIPI_SYST_PCFG_PRINTF_ARGBUF_SIZE.
Moving macro definition of MIPI_SYST_PCFG_PRINTF_ARGBUF_SIZE
from mipi-sys-t library to platform.h which defaulted to 1kb
and resulted in stack overflow in some applications.
LOG_MIPI_SYST_ARGS_BUFFER_SIZE gives flexibilty to users when
maximum log length is known.

In order to bring consistency in-tree, migrate all subsystems code to
the new prefix <zephyr/...>. Note that the conversion has been scripted,
refer to zephyrproject-rtos#45388 for more details.

Add STP transport support for MIPI SyS-T with Kconfig MIPI_SYST_STP,
this is following SyS-T spec Section 7.
And with Kconfig MIPI_SYST_RAW_DATA, add raw data output support for
MIPI SyS-T protocol stack.

Move the platform.h from the module to the zephyr tree. This file is
zephyr sepcific and belongs in the zephyr tree.
