Fabio Utzig 8713da70a3 doc: fix @param usage in callbacks
The proper usage of @param in callbacks is currently unsupported by
Doxygen so not warnings are generated. The issues fixed with this commit
where found while adding support to Doxygen for validating @param in
callbacks like it currently does for functions.

Markus Fuchs 2f9b0d419b json: Add top-level array encoding support
The library supports the declaration of JSON arrays as both nested and
top-level elements. However, as the provided encoding functions
json_obj_encode() and json_obj_encode_buf() interpret all input
structures as objects, top-level arrays are encoded as

{"<field_name>":[{...},...,{...}]}

instead of

[{...},...,{...}].

Add new functions json_arr_encode() and json_arr_encode_buf() that
enable top-level JSON array encoding.

Peter A. Bigot 2802fa4e6d treewide: avoid address-of-compound-literal idiom in headers
In C99 the construct (T){init-list} is called a compound literal, and
is an lvalue. In C++ it is simply a cast expression to non-rvalue
type, which is a prvalue. In both languages the expression is a
temporary, but in C99 taking its address is well-defined while in C++
it is an error diagnosed as "taking address of temporary".

Headers that may be used in C++ application code must avoid invalid
expressions. Replace all uses of &(T){init-list} in headers with the
functionally equivalent but C++-legal (T[]){{init-list}}.

Daniel Leung 9602c651c2 json: fix unnamed fields in initializers for GCC < 4.6
The unnamed unions inside json_obj_descr struct causes issues
with the initializer macros due to bug described here:
https://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=10676
The issue is that for GCC < 4.6, it cannot handle unnamed
fields in initializers. So apply the workarounds described
in the bug report.
