Anas Nashif 390537bf68 tracing: trace mutex/semaphore using dedicated calls 
Instead of using generic trace calls, use dedicated functions for
tracing sempahores and mutexes.

Anas Nashif 41abcc57c1 tracing: move tracing under subsys/ 
Tracing subsystem is growing and although related to debugging, it does
deserve to belong into its own subsystem.
