The old GCC ARM Embedded website on launchpad
(https://launchpad.net/gcc-arm-embedded) has been superseeded by the new
GNU Arm Embedded one
(https://developer.arm.com/open-source/gnu-toolchain/gnu-rm).
This also means a change of name from "GCC" to "GNU". Reflect this in
the enviroment variables so that the proper term is used henceforth.

A bug in the jlink application made it impossible to use OpenSDA
firmware with the mimxrt1052 device name, so we used the generic
Cortex-M7 device name as a workaround. This bug was fixed in jlink
V6.32h (2018-07-05), so now we can use the more specific device name.

These settings enable use of the WNC-M14A2A LTE-M modem as the default
network interface for the nRF52840-DK board (nrf52840_pca10056).
They include the following settings when MODEM_WNCM14A2A is selected:
- UARTE1 pin setup
- DTS / DTS fixup additions for WNC-M14A2A
- Kconfig settings for modem driver

These settings enable use of the WNC-M14A2A LTE-M modem as the default
network interface instead of ethernet.
They include the following settings when MODEM_WNCM14A2A is selected:
- UART 2 setup
- Avoid ETH_0 setup due to pin conflicts
- DTS addition for WNC-M14A2A
- Kconfig settings for modem driver

Allow command line arguments to be registered dynamically

Some drivers or tests need to execute some code before Zephyr is
booted, dynamically register command line arguments, etc.
For this purpose, we generalize the NATIVE_EXIT_TASK to also
provide hooks to run a function at a given point during the startup
of native_posix.
Also, test/boards/native_posix/exit_tasks is generalized to cover
this new functionality.

The board config has been verified to boot with serial console
on the Atom version of the UP Squared board. So the references
to Pentium/Celeron can be removed. Moreover, add some notes on
BIOS settings, as it may change the MMIO addresses for various
IP blocks.

Add the necessary bits to enable the I2C controllers on
the UP Squared board. Only the ones exposed through the HAT
connector(s) are enabled by default.

This enables the cc3220sf_launchxl to automatically
reconnect to the last good known access point (AP).
This method avoids the need to:
- perform a wifi scan for access points on bootup (saving power);
- include hard-coded SSID/passwords in the wifi application.
- include the wifi shell in the wifi application.
- rely on more complex provisioning methods;

For native_posix:
Added the option to control the speed of the simualated time vs
the real(host) time.
Added a model of a real time clock with an API.
In the documentation we clarify the relationship between simulated
time and real time, and include documentaion of this new RTC.

Some of the native application components or drivers need to
do a proper cleanup before the executable exits.
So we provide a macro similar to SYS_INIT but which will be
called just before exiting.
This can be used for freeing up resources, closing descriptors,
or doing any neccessary signaling to any other host process.

Override the C standard used for compilation to C 2011
This is due to some tests using _Static_assert which is a 2011
feature, but otherwise relying on compilers supporting it also
when set to C99.
This was in general ok, but with some host compilers and C
library versions it led to problems. So we override it to 2011
for native_posix board.
