CMSIS DSP is several hundred files and has a measurable effect on compile times. Only compiling features that are required improves this. Ryan McClelland	90c6465f1f	modules: fix naming of cmsis-nn,cmsis-dsp folder The names have underscores within them. Somehow it was still being found within the build but not with building documents.
