Currently, Zephyr is always sending back notifications to
AP (e.g Linux in our case) on channel 0.
But this currently doesn't work if Linux uses other channel
id for communication. So, add option to use predefined
vring ID that can accomodate Linux used ID.

In d540cf8877 I tried to optionally enable the cache management
functions in Open-AMP introducing a new CONFIG_OPENAMP_WITH_DCACHE
symbol.
This is not working. Introduce a proper fix to have this actually
working correctly as intended.

Currently OpenAMP is unconditionally compiled with the options to use
the vrings cache operations disabled.
Add a new CONFIG_OPENAMP_WITH_DCACHE Kconfig option to enable the
support for d-cache operations in OpenAMP when needed.

The resource table is needed by the Linux kernel OS
for a rpmsg generic support, but is also recognised by OpenAMP.
This table allows to add trace based on the RAM console
and to support rpmsg protocol.
