Jeronimo Agullo 7ae9a16ca6 drivers: gnss: Air530z: Add new driver 
Intial driver adding intial script to receive only GGA, RMC and GSV
NMEA messages, configuring fix rate, setting enabled system and adding
power management with the module on-off pin.
