LLEXT: add llext_section_offset() to replace llext_find_section()
Now that section header cache is persistent, it can be used for finding sections. Add a new function, similar to llext_find_section() to use it and deprecate llext_find_section(). Signed-off-by: Guennadi Liakhovetski <guennadi.liakhovetski@linux.intel.com>
