arm: remove repeating cflags in Makefiles Do not repeat the same flags for every added platform. Define the common flags on the architecture level instead. arm: only build configured platform Use CONFIG_PLATFORM to only build the selected platform. This will enable support for drop-in platforms. Makefile will not need to be changed for every new platforms.
