tests: remove bat_commit, replace core with kernel bat_commit is an old and obsolete tag that has not been maintained over time and was supposed to serve a purpose that is obsolete now. tests: kernel context: rewrite test to use ztest correctly The test was using ztest incorrectly exposing everything as one single test function.
