samples: lwm2m: add overlay conf to support BT networking The file overlay-bt.conf contains only the needed CONFIG items to support Bluetooth networking. For example, DTLS-enabled BLENano2 HW can be supported with the following build: cmake -GNinja -DBOARD=nrf52_blenano2 \ -DCONF_FILE="prj.conf overlay-bt.conf overlay-dtls.conf" .. net: config: Rename Kconfig options to correspond to library name This finishes refactor of splitting off net_config library name from net_app library, started in c60df1311, c89a06dbc. This commit makes sure that Kconfig options are prefixed with CONFIG_NET_CONFIG_ instead of CONFIG_NET_APP_, and propagates these changes thru the app configs in the tree. samples: net: lwm2m: adjust BT RX buffer count /sizes for BT Due to higher traffic demands when using 6lowpan, we should raise the default BT RX buffer counts and sizes. This avoids the following error on some HW: [net/buf] [WRN] net_buf_alloc_len_debug: bt_buf_get_rx():4985: Pool 0x20009424 low on buffers.
