Move scripts/Makefile.<arch>preparch to arch/<arch> Follow the model of the Linux kernel for adding arch specific CFLAGS by using the Makefile and Kbuild combination in the arch/<arch> directory. This will also allow adding architecture specific targets and is easy to maintain when alongside the architecture. arc: rename generic platform to generic_arc The generic name is too generic and when it appears on its own, for example nano_generic_defconfig, it is not visible what the file is about, so call it generic_arc the same way the Kconfig platform is called.
