license: cleanup: add SPDX Apache-2.0 license identifier Update the files which contain no license information with the 'Apache-2.0' SPDX license identifier. Many source files in the tree are missing licensing information, which makes it harder for compliance tools to determine the correct license. kconfig: flash: Move mcux code into it's own file Cleanup the Kconfig code for the flash driver. Platform-specific options should be in their own Kconfig files to be consistent and to not pollute the common configuration. To this end we move the mcux options into it's own file.
