samples/board/x86_info: move to tests directory This application's primary purpose is to provide some useful data to the author of an x86 board support package for Zephyr-- it's not a good sample. tests: Add necessary includes/excludes for the ehl_crb board Add the new x86 board to the x86/info test list, and exclude it from the cmsis_rtos_v2 test (something that seems to be needed for all 64 bit x86 architectures).
