tests/lib: Add p4wq test Add test for the P4 Work Queue gadget. Includes coverage sections detailing all elements of the API, and a reasonably extensive stress suite that will saturate the device for 1k events. Signed-off-by: Andy Ross <andrew.j.ross@intel.com>
