Bluetooth: Add LE SC Only mode sample This adds peripheral sample application that is configured in LE SC Only Mode. It tries to set security level to FIPS right after connection is created. Bluetooth: samples: Limit tests to just qemu platforms For the current purposes it's enough to build these tests only for the ARM and x86 qemu targets.
