boards: more boards with xtools support Add first set of boards which can be built with xtools, this will include all boards at some point, so we might need a better way to whitelist toolchains that does not include changing every single board definition file. boards: Change supported 'rtc' to 'counter' for QMSI RTC based boards We've removed the QMSI RTC driver as part of the new counter API. So any old rtc tests don't build for QMSI based boards anymore.
