Bluetooth: Add support for testing nble driver with samples This adds a test case that passes prj_nble.conf as CONF_FILE so that the same code tested using HCI Bluetooth driver is also tested using NBLE driver. Bluetooth: Add LE peripheral sample app This patch adds a simple app which initializes Bluetooth and enables connectable advertising (i.e. starts acting in the LE peripheral role).
