Bluetooth: samples: Limit tests to just qemu platforms For the current purposes it's enough to build these tests only for the ARM and x86 qemu targets. Bluetooth: Add support for testing nble driver with samples This adds a test case that passes prj_nble.conf as CONF_FILE so that the same code tested using HCI Bluetooth driver is also tested using NBLE driver.
