boards: nucleo_wb55rg: Enable flash and debug with pyocd stm32wb is not yet supported on openocd. But support on pyocd can be enabled thanks to "pack" feature. Configure board runner with pyocd and provide guidelines to configure pyocd. Signed-off-by: Erwan Gouriou <erwan.gouriou@linaro.org>

boards: stm32: add flashing with stm32cubeprog for all Add STM32CubeProgrammer where it is not available, & make it default flashing method by placing it 1st in board.cmake Before this change, the west runner that's selected when calling 'westflash' without the '--runner ...' option is kind of arbitrary & depends on which runner is 1st in board.cmake file. Another reason this change is needed is that STM32CubeProg is the only available way to check/modify Option Bytes, and to flash code to external Flash on many STM32 boards. boards: stm32: fix --reset argument for stm32cubeprogrammer runner stm32cubeprogrammer runner takes a --reset-mode argument to specify the type of reset used in the flashing process. Though, argparse default configuration in python allows shortened command arguments and it happened that --reset was used on most boards instead of --reset-mode. This argparse configuration is being changed in order to prevent shortened command args (see #53495). boards: nucleo_wb55rg: Add openocd support and set to default runner Flashing stm32wb SoCs is available since Zephyr SDK-0.11.0. Enables it on nuclmeo_wb55rg and set it as default as it is faster in flashing and support doesn't require additional action (vs pyocd package support).
