tests: Add ACPI test application Add basic ACPI test application. Initially there are only tests for one ACPI table (MCFG) and fetching the ACPI PRT, but this is already a good start for caching regressions on the supported boards. Signed-off-by: Johan Hedberg <johan.hedberg@intel.com>
