Add test cases for west.manifest. Exercise both invalid manifest detection and correct parsing of valid manifests. To make it easier to write tests for invalid manifests, just glob for any invalid_*.yml files in the same directory as the test file. Signed-off-by: Marti Bolivar <marti@foundries.io>
