• Update system_stm32f7xx.c file to:
  • disable FMC_BANK1 to prevent speculative access to it
  • remove PD3 pin configuration un-necessary for SDRRAM use.
• Update vnc_server module to use the newer version of LwIP middleware
• Overall update to be aligned with STM32F7xx HAL drivers V1.1.0
  
• Update LCDConf.c file to remove un-necessary PI8 pin configuration for LCD use
• Update "Liberty license with the new "Ultimate Liberty" license
