Davis King 5e384614be Changed the array2d object so you don't have to say array2d<type>::kernel_1a
anymore to declare it.  Now you just say array2d<type>.

Davis King d200a68404 Removed the constructor try/catch blocks from the gui examples
since they don't always compile in visual studio 7.1 and they
would probably confuse most people anyway.
