By enabling the config `CONFIG_BLUETOOTH_TXCMD_PINNED_TO_CORE` and setting the value of `CONFIG_BLUETOOTH_TXCMD_CORE`, it's possible to pin the HCI TX thread to a specific core on a SMP-enabled setup.
