sched/addrenv: Remove up_addrenv_restore
...
The function is not relevant any longer, remove it. Also remove
save_addrenv_t, the parameter taken by up_addrenv_restore.
Implement addrenv_select() / addrenv_restore() to handle the temporary
instantiation of address environments, e.g. when a process is being
created.

* Simplify EINTR/ECANCEL error handling
1. Add semaphore uninterruptible wait function
2 .Replace semaphore wait loop with a single uninterruptible wait
3. Replace all sem_xxx to nxsem_xxx
* Unify the void cast usage
1. Remove void cast for function because many place ignore the returned value witout cast
2. Replace void cast for variable with UNUSED macro

addrenv interface changes: up_addrenv_create() may need to create .text and .bss/.data separately because of differing access privileges (read/execute vs read/write). And, as a consequence, up_addrenv_vaddr() needs to be split into up_addrenv_vtext(0 and up_addrenv_vdata().
