SPRESENSE 0cc0c3d503 fs/vfs: Fix bug that select() did not return 
Fix bug that select() did not return when the nfds argument
was set to a negative value. The specification is that -1 is
set to the return value and EINVAL is set to errno.

Xiang Xiao 6a3c2aded6 Fix wait loop and void cast (#24) 
* Simplify EINTR/ECANCEL error handling

1. Add semaphore uninterruptible wait function
2 .Replace semaphore wait loop with a single uninterruptible wait
3. Replace all sem_xxx to nxsem_xxx

* Unify the void cast usage

1. Remove void cast for function because many place ignore the returned value witout cast
2. Replace void cast for variable with UNUSED macro

anchao 6361f93fda fs/vfs/fs_select.c: Make select be more consistent with Linux man page: 'The timeout 
... Some code calls select() with all three sets empty, nfds zero, and a non-NULL timeout as a fairly portable way to sleep with subsecond precision.'
