fs: mqueue: Change MAX_MQUEUE_PATH to 64

Summary:
- This commit changes MAX_MQUEUE_PATH to 64 to reduce stack
memory if the NAME_MAX is large
Impact:
- None
Testing:
- Tested with spresense:rndis_smp
