Beat Küng c7da88e383 CXXFLAGS: add -fcheck-new whenever -fno-exceptions is used 
This is to avoid GCC to optimize null-pointer checks away, in case the
default operator new is used together with -fno-exceptions.

Gregory Nutt 15b90de919 NSH initialization now calls boardctl(BOARDIOC_INIT) instead of board_app_initaliaze. Modify all configurations: Make sure that CONFIG_LIB_BOARDCTL=y appears wherever CONFIG_NSH_ARCHINIT=y appears. Remove support for CONFIG_NSH_ARCHMAC. Gregory Nutt 9a621066de SAM4 Ethernet Driver: No supports operation using the high priority work queue so that packet processing can occur outside of interrupt level processing. 
SAM4E-EK: The nsh configuration now configures the Ethernet driver for execution on the HP work thread.
