zhanghongyu	c288752bef	recvmsg: control msg support multi-attribute return adapts to third-party code compilation. in the process of porting ConnMan, multiple control message options are enabled, such as IPV6_RECVPKTINFO and IPV6_RECVHOPLIMIT, so I changed the Filling implementation of the control message.
