Most tools used for compliance and SBOM generation use SPDX identifiers
This change brings us a step closer to an easy SBOM generation.

sched/group and syscall/: Implement 'real' setuid, getuid, setgid, and getgid interfaces. These will be inheritance by all child task groups.
