Alin Jerpelea 339457dda3 mm: migrate to SPDX identifier 
Most tools used for compliance and SBOM generation use SPDX identifiers
This change brings us a step closer to an easy SBOM generation.

Michael Jung 1ad066955f Avoid assertion violation in case of kmm_free(NULL) 
It is ok to call kmm_free with a NULL pointer.  Thus adopt the
DEBUGASSERT statement to cover this case.
