Masayuki Ishikawa 8f22e9cd3e boards: raspberrypi-pico: Fix nshsram build error 
Summary:
- This commit fixes https://github.com/apache/nuttx/issues/11956.
- The issue was introduced by https://github.com/apache/nuttx/pull/6118.

Impact:
- None

Testing:
- Tested with raspberrypi-pico.
- NOTE: the ci should be fixed later.

Xiang Xiao b1c72c023c libc/stdio: enable long long formating by CONFIG_HAVE_LONG_LONG 
and remove CONFIG_LIBC_LONG_LONG option to simplify the usage.
note: the size will increase 668
before change:

Masayuki Ishikawa 59a5d03842 boards: raspberrypi-pico: Update defconfigs 
Summary:
- Adjust CONFIG_BOARD_LOOPSPERMSEC in all defconfigs
- Add CONFIG_TESTING_GETPRIM to nsh and nshsram
- Add CONFIG_SYSTEM_TASKSET to smp
- NOTE: CONFIG_SCHED_WAITPID is removed because it is selected

Impact:
- The smp app will take longer than before but it's a correct behavior

Testing:
- Tested with getprime, ostest, smp
