Alin Jerpelea 67d02a45eb net: migrate to SPDX identifier 
Most tools used for compliance and SBOM generation use SPDX identifiers
This change brings us a step closer to an easy SBOM generation.

Zhe Weng f7181676b7 net: Support IP packet filter 
Add a firewall compatible with Linux's iptables and ip6tables, with chains at similar points in the packet processing path.
