Iuliana Prodan f3533bcd42 topology2: move gain-playback/capture pipelines out of cavs 
Move gain-playback/capture pipelines out of cavs folder
since these can used by others.

Update cavs topologies to fix compilation by adding
include/pipelines as searchdir.
