Kai Vehmanen ef6e86a527 ipc: ipc4: remove use of platform/drivers/alh.h 
Definitions of XTOS ALH driver interface are no longer used in
SOF tree. Remove the unnecessary inclusion in ipc4 dai.c, and all
instances of the platform alh.h header.
